The composition of the Nomination Committee has been determined, Intervacc announced today that the Nomination Committee consists of the following persons who together represent approximately 16,6 percent of the number of shares and votes in the company based on the shareholder information as of August 31, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Nomination Committee’s task is to prepare and submit proposals on the following issues for decision to the Annual General Meeting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
i) Proposal for chairman of the general meeting
ii) Proposal of the board
iii) Proposal for the chairman of the board
iv) Proposal for auditors
v) Proposal for board remuneration, divided between chairman and other members of the board
vi) Proposal for fees for the company\u00b4s auditors
vii) Proposal for the changes in the guidelines for the appointment of the nomination committee and instructions for the nomination committee, to the extent deemed necessary<\/p>\n\n\n\n
