Due to the fact that Ulrika Enh\u00f6rning, appointed by Swedbank Robur Fonder and Thomas Ehlin, appointed by Fj\u00e4rde AP-fonden in December 2023 announced that they had chosen to resign from their assignment in the Nomination Committee, new members have been appointed to the Nomination Committee in accordance with the principles for appointing the Nomination Committee in Intervacc that were adopted at the Annual General Meeting on June 14, 2022.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>After the changes, the Nomination Committee in Intervacc before 2024 Annual General Meeting has the following composition:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Magnus Lundberg, appointed by ownership group consisting of H\u00e5kan Bj\u00f6rklund and Magnus Lundberg<\/li><li>Christian Rudb\u00e4ck, appointed by ownership group consisting of Jan-Ingmar Flock, NR Bergman Holding AB, Kenneth Janzon, Christian Rudb\u00e4ck och Johan Virgin.<\/li><li>Bj\u00f6rn Sj\u00f6strand, own possession.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Nomination Committee together represent approximately 11,1 percent of the number of shares and votes in the company based on the shareholder information as of December 31, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Nomination Committee\u2019s task is to prepare and submit proposals for the chairman of the board, other members of the board, board remuneration and any other remuneration to the board members as well as the election and remuneration of auditors for decision at the Annual General Meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee can do so by sending an e-mail to shareholders@intervacc.se (heading \u2013 \u201cNomination Committee\u201d) or by letter posted to Intervacc AB (publ), Attn: Intervacc Nomination Committee, Box 112, SE-129 22 Stockholm, Sweden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For more information please contact:<\/strong><br>Jonas Sohlman, CEO<br>Phone: +46 (0)8 120 10 600<br>E-mail: info@intervacc.se<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The information was submitted for publication, through the agency of the contact person set out above on March 4, 2024, 15.30 CET.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Intervacc<\/strong><br>Intervacc AB is a Swedish company within animal health developing vaccines for animals.
